Seats Requirement : 50 Seats 24 X 7 Working Hours Calls handling period: 40 sec to 120 sec 14 AUD per hour per agent With 10% enhancement per year if the contract is continued Agreement for 3 Years 365 days The Payment is on Monthly advance bases Training session will be paid Please revert with the below mentioned details: • Corporate profile PPT format only • Certification details copy if any • Technical specifications (dialer and server reports) • Snapshots of the center (including server and all) Present operational Seats and expansion capacity • Previous project experience • Network diagram • Key contact person details • Vox Files (15) if any Commercial: 75% of Advance payment.
